COLD KASE SHOT AND KILLED IN EAST ST. LOUIS

Rising East St. Louis rapper, Cold Kase was fatally shot last night in East St. Louis, IL.

Cold Kase, whose real name is Cedric Gooden, was in the parking lot of Mobile Gas Mart at State St. and 83rd St. in the Edgemont neightborhood of East St. Louis when an unidentified male started shooting. East St. Louis police received a call at 9:48pm for shots fired. Cold Kase was pronounced dead at 10:45pm, he was only 25 years old. No suspects have been arrested or are being sought at the moment.
